Who controls your data

PrestaPohotovost is operated by BLUE SYSTEM, s.r.o., company ID 28383656, registered at Učňovská 379/6, Hrdlořezy, 190 00 Prague 9, Czech Republic. BLUE SYSTEM is the controller of your personal data. Contact: presta@bluesystem.cz.

Enquiries and questions

We process your email address, optional phone number, store URL, selected service, package and message. We use this information to reply, prepare a quote and discuss next steps. A phone number is optional. We need a contact email address to process the form.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Do not enter passwords, payment details or your customers’ personal data in the form.

Storage and technical services

We store the enquiry in our administration system and send a notification to our support email address. Only authorised team members have access to the data. This version of the website uses the Macaly platform, the Convex database service and email communication providers.

We retain questions and information used to prepare quotes for no longer than one year after responding. If we enter a contractual relationship, further processing follows its purpose and the applicable obligations.

Optional analytics and marketing

We activate Google Analytics, Mouseflow and advertising tools according to the categories you choose. You can change your selection through Cookie settings in the footer. We do not include contact details or enquiry content in our own analytics events. Details of the tools and storage are on the Cookies page.

Administrator sign-in

We verify authorised content administrators’ email addresses with a one-time code. We use sign-in and security information to protect the administration system. Visitors do not need an account.

Your rights

Use the contact details above to ask about processing, request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and exercise other rights under applicable rules. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
